php’s the only good programming language for the web, or at least the only one properly web-centric designed. why? cause its failure oblivious. outside of a few truly ridiculous counter examples (server error on missing semi-colons; i disagree with this), it will continue running no matter what. bad input? accept it. programs suddenly killed before completion? baby, print out what you’ve got

human creativity was born out of the dump. statues are little more than surplus stone. paintings are stained and mangled corpses and stories are written out of excess energy late at night when there’s no struggle to survive. php and other web technologies accept this. they allow us to live as we can
